In addition to the two owners, CONDON · NERO, Inc. consists of 20 registered Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors and Assistants who perform vocational case management with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries on a full-time basis. Each counselor also brings to the firm their own long term experience working with the State of Washington.

Excellent Reputation

Our reputation for providing timely, cost effective services has contributed significantly to our success in this region. Over 98% of our vocational determinations are upheld by VDRO, reducing claim costs and re-referral.

Positive Relationships

We have developed an excellent reputation with the various Claims Units for the Department of Labor and Industries as well as positive working relationships with the various treating physicians, injured worker representatives and employers in Western Washington. These positive relationships contribute to reduced claim costs as our ability to secure complete, up-to-date and accurate medical and employment information significantly reduces the amount of time required to complete vocational services. Additionally, this same ability to develop positive relationships with area employers greatly enhances the claimant's return to work possibilities.

Proven Success

Our proven success in negotiating, educating, and training employers to the benefits of early intervention and job modification strategies, as well as the use of services provided by the various social service agencies in the area, are significant benefits to working with our firm. Aggressive follow up efforts after return-to-work is achieved ensures that injured workers avoid the "revolving door" and become contributing, tax paying citizens once again.
